Christ Church Cathedral
Christ Church, Vancouver’s Anglican cathedral at Burrard & Georgia Streets, is the city’s oldest church building. It welcomes 5,000 worshippers during the Christmas holidays and received 9,000 visitors during the 2010 Winter Olympics. www.cathedral.vancouver.bc.ca

During the 2010 Winter Olympics, Howard volunteered as an assistant to the German Olympic team (Deutsche Olympiamannschaft).
I also kept up my usual work, including a Court appearance.

The CAAA is an organization of accounting educators, professional accountants, and others who are involved in, or concerned about, research and education in accounting and related areas. It publishes Contemporary Accounting Research and Accounting Perspectives. caaa.ca

Stress-management
Distance-running since 1966 at the University of Oregon, Eugene, including half-marathons since 1996, like this rainy 2014 Vancouver Half Marathon. Cycling for transportation and recreation since 1971, including the 2012 Enbridge Ride to Conquer Cancer — 250 km Vancouver – Seattle. Thanks to all the clients, friends, and family members who helped raise $3,500 towards conquering cancer.
Family
Family — Married since 1970 to Barbara (organist, retired teacher). Daughters Jill (digital archivist, records administrator), Sarah (design and architecture historian) and granddaughter Astrid (2014).
